West District - long course

Head Coach report:

M&B kicked off long course season at East Kilbride last weekend (3-4 Feb). The first of 3 West District meets this month, and next, offered an early test of form with national age groups just a couple of months away. 

Top finishes came from Calum with 3 gold medals (50 breast, 50 free & 100 free), Rose with 1 gold (100 free), 1 bronze medal (50 free) and bronze medalists Grace (50 free) and Annabel (50 fly). 

Other PBs and/or top 6 finishes came from a number of others on the team, boding well for races to come. A tough weekend for others.
